Tuscaloosa Disaster Relief Fund

Citizens and volunteers continue to comfort families who have lost a lot. Recovery efforts will extend over many long months, and financial assistance is desperately needed in the Tuscaloosa community to support these efforts and to provide for basic human services.

A disaster relief fund has been established by the West Alabama Chamber Foundation, Inc., a 501c(3) organization. Individuals, businesses and other organizations wishing to make tax-deductible contributions to this fund may do so by making checks payable to the “Tuscaloosa Disaster Relief Fund” and mailing them to:

    I have a crew of sckilled tradesmen willing to volunter and building matterials that can be donated. Plywood, tarps and 2x4s, 2x6s. Would we be able to help at this point or would we be to early. It appeares that clean up is the primary need right now and maybe repair, rebuild will com later
